27th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

The Committee members considered, in principle. The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate, as well as the Bill on Measures to Reduce the Costs of Deploying Very High-Capacity Electronic Communications Networks, submitted by the Government.

The Committee also considered the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period July - September 2025, October - December 2025 and January - March 2026.

On behalf of the submitter, the bills were presented by acting Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Aleksandra Sofronijevic, after which the Committee adopted the bills and Ministry activity information.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miroslav Petrasinovic, Stasa Stojanovic, Dragana Arsic, Tomislav Jankovic, Branislav Josifovic, Miroslav Kondic, Vesna Savovic Petkovic, Miljana Milojevic, Jasmina Karanac and Nenad Filipovic.
