Remigiusz Paszkiewicz is an experienced manager and expert in the transformation of complex industrial organisations. He specialises in the effective management of large investment projects, obtaining funding from international institutions (EIB, EBRD, World Bank) and the implementation of modern management tools.

This applies not only to management and optimisation of production, but also to respect for the 65-year legacy of KGHM', said Remigiusz Paszkiewicz, the new President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
'The mining and smelting traditions are the foundation of KGHM. I would like to combine them with a modern approach to business and innovative solutions. Asa first step, I intend to focus on strengthening corporate governance within the Group and on improving the efficiency of our operations, both domestically and internationally', said Remigiusz Paszkiewicz.
