DGA statement on John James Using Trump Rally to Focus on Denying 2020 Election
DGA Communications Director Sam Newton released the following statement on John James using the rally with Donald Trump in Michigan today to continue his long record of election denialism and spreading lies that undermine democracy:
"As Michiganders are hurting from John James' votes to raise everyday costs, continue an unpopular war, and cut health care, he is focusing his campaign on pandering to Donald Trump's lies and conspiracies. It's not only pathetic, but also deeply out of touch with the concerns of Michigan voters. If James survives this nasty and expensive GOP primary, it's never become more clear he'll be a three-time statewide loser in November."
