The sun is shining so it's the perfect time to start preparing for the rain! We're expecting a rainy fall / winter this year with a Super El Niño. Here are some tips on preparations you can do around your home:
- Clean gutters and downspouts and direct runoff away from the home
- Repair roof leaks
- Inspect windows, doors, and exterior drainage
- Trim hazardous limbs
- Secure outdoor furniture, tools, and loose materials
- Photograph your property in case you need to file an insurance claim
