Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Power Company (APC) filed TA931-2, seeking to amend its tariff to provide APC the ability to waive reconnection, customer, or demand charges for customers that are disconnected due to a natural disaster. APC may require reasonable documentation to establish eligibility for the waiver. APC requested an effective date of November 5, 2026.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
