On the Arctic Frost Investigation and the FBI's Surveillance of Republican Senators:
"I first found out about [the targeting of Republican senators] last Thursday, and arranged a meeting for my colleagues, eight of them, to be briefed by the FBI [yesterday]. They were totally shocked that Jack Smith, at the time that he was prosecuting Trump … solicited the phone numbers and who they talked to from these eight senators.
"It's a violation of privacy. We're getting the FBI to get us further information. They said they'd give us more information by the end of the week. Then I'll have to decide what I'm going to do. I think I have a reputation for following the facts where they lead us and getting to a conclusion.
"Information [on the Arctic Frost investigation] was given to us by a whistleblower. So, it just shows you how important it is [for] people [in] lower levels in the FBI to squeal on people that were violating the law and breaking all FBI rules to get this information.
…
"You can be certain that, with Chuck Grassley's reputation of following the facts where they lead us, we're not going to leave a stone unturned."
