On January 27, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov met with Pawel Kowal, Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Sejm of the Republic Poland.
During the meeting, the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Polish relations, issues of inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as plans for bilateral interaction for 2026 were discussed.
The sides expressed mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and Poland, including the implementation of joint projects in the fields of agriculture, logistics, and transport.
Following the talks, an agreement was reached to hold joint events, including visits of parliamentary delegations, meetings of inter-parliamentary friendship groups of the two countries, as well as the expansion of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
