The Port Clinton High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is proud to announce the 2026 Inductees: Geoff Dartt, the 1968 Football Team, and the 2004 Baseball Team. The inductees will join the high ranks of PCHS Athletes and Coaches already honored in the Hall of Fame. The induction events will take place on September 25-26, 2026. Inductees will be introduced at the Friday evening football game and then formally inducted at the Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Catawba Island Club. More information about ticket sales will be announced at a later date.
Geoff Dartt, Class of 2002, earned seven letters at PCHS in football, basketball and baseball. Dartt had a successful football career at Mount Union earning All-OAC Honors and was a member of three National Championship Teams. After a successful career as a College Assistant Coach, Dartt was named Head Coach at Mount Union in 2020 and has led the Purple Raiders to the NCAA Division III National Championship Game in 2022 and 2024.
The 1968 Redskin Football Team finished the season with a record of 8-1-1 and outscored opponents 228-56. Nineteen team members earned All-GLL honors and a number of players continued their football career at the collegiate level following graduation. Several team members have been inducted into the PCHS Athletic Hall of Fame as Individuals. The head coach was Joe Lukac, a charter member of the PCHS Athletic Hall of Fame.
The 2004 Redskin baseball team finished the season with a record of 20 - 9. The 20 wins was the most by a PC Baseball Team since 1978. The Skins finished 2nd in the SBC with a record of 10-4 but put together a memorable tournament run to advance to the Division II regional tournament. Numerous players earned All-SBC Honors, All-District recognition, and continued their careers at the collegiate level. Tracy Bodi was the head Coach of the 2004 Redskins.
