NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Denton City Council will conduct a first public hearing on October 21, 2025, regarding the adoption of an amended and restated strategic partnership agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 16, providing for limited purpose annexation for purposes including the adoption of a sales and use tax in the Municipal Utility District. A copy of the proposed strategic partnership agreement is available at no charge from the City of Denton Development Services Department at 401 N. Elm St., Denton, TX 76201 or by emailing [email protected].
