Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 9/8/2025 at the Oconto County Courthouse, 301 Washington St., Building A, Third Floor, Room 3041, on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:30 AM for Nathan Firgens, Agent: Christy Firgens, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 4, T29N, R17E, Town of How. Southeast of 13406 Hill rd.
APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following application no. 1 for Maria Spaulding, Jeff & Angie Potter, to rezone from Forest District & General Commerical District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 24, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles. 5750 Watercrest Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following application no. 2 for St. Nicks Pines 11 LLC, Agent: Jon Pieper, to rezone from Forest District to Restricted Commercial District. Location of the property is in Section 29, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill. 5383 County Rd. R
Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning's are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
