Law Clerk Announcement

Amanda Hoefer's term as law clerk to Judge Davis ended on July 24, 2026. Amanda will join the Atlanta office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where she will continue to practice bankruptcy law with a focus on Chapter 11. Judge Davis and the staff of the United States Bankruptcy Court thank Amanda for her exemplary service and outstanding work during her clerkship, and wish her the very best in her career.

Judge Davis is pleased to welcome Greenlee Rigby as a term law clerk. Greenlee is a graduate of the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina. While in law school, Greenlee served as an extern to Judge Gasparini, served on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review, and was a member of the moot court team. Welcome Greenlee!
