Provide feedback Jan. 27 - Feb. 17 for Route 32 Huzzah Creek Bridge
JEFFERSON CITY , M o . - The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking community input on a project to replace the Missouri Route 32 bridge over Huzzah Creek in Dent County. Built in 193 1 , the Huzzah Creek bridge is in poor condition, showing signs it has reached the end of its useful life, and in need of replacement. The roadway is anticipated to remain open during construction, with a one-lane temporary bypass in place and temporary traffic signals directing motorists through the work zone.
As part of the design process, MoDOT is seeking community input and has multiple ways by which interested parties can provide feedback during the open comment period, Jan. 27 - Feb. 17 , 202 6 . By commenting, questioning, and provi ding community insight, the public's input is essential in helping to guide the design and construction process.
MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones. Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
