Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to Ryan Leonhardt for an additional 10-year term for the operation of a communications site. The location of the lease is further described as within the SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 52 West, Seward Meridian, near Pilot Point, Alaska.

The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 20 calendar days. For more information, please refer to the attached Renewal Decision or contact Lyncoln Standley at (907) 269-8619 or by e-mail at [email protected], or by fax to (907) 269-8913.
