Court’s CM/ECF Site Subject to a Technical Failure on August 28, 2025

The Judiciary's Case Management / Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system became unavailable for attorneys to file at approximately 3:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, D.C., which is responsible for the system, notified the Court at 9:00 p.m. that day that a fix was implemented. The clerk's office for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has deemed its ECF site to have been subject to a technical failure from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025. Pursuant to Appendix H to the Local Rules for the Northern District of Georgia, an attorney may timely file a declaration seeking relief from the Court for not meeting a deadline as a result of the technical failure. A sample declaration appears at Form B to Appendix H.
