Amie Cafferty Joins CDM Smith as Director of Global Talent Acquisition

Cafferty has built and led multiple global recruiting organizations throughout her career. She has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to improve recruiting performance, strengthen workforce planning capabilities, implement talent acquisition technologies and develop high-performing sourcing functions for recruiting. Cafferty's extensive HR leadership experience aligns with our vision of a more proactive, scalable, data-driven and technology-enabled recruiting function that delivers a stronger experience for both candidates and hiring managers while improving workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

We are excited to have Amie and her expertise at CDM Smith. She will be instrumental in her new role to support and advance the team's talent pipeline and to achieve our recruiting goals.
