OABA to Host 2026 Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness Program Fall Summit - Registration Now Open!

November 18 | Columbus, Ohio

The Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness Fall Summit brings together women from across the state for a day of learning, sharing and connection. Designed for women working throughout agribusiness and related industries, the Summit offers a mix of leadership development, professional growth and opportunities to build relationships with others in the industry.

The day will kick off with Women Who Lead: An Executive Panel, featuring perspectives, experiences and lessons learned from women in executive leadership roles.

Breakout sessions throughout the day will explore topics including leading with confidence, building stronger workplace relationships, growing your professional network and developing a leadership style that is authentic to you.

The Summit will close with Drawing Your Future, an interactive 90-minute session led by Kellie Bray and Kristie Larson that will give attendees time to reflect, think intentionally about what comes next and put their vision for the future on paper.

Along the way, there will be plenty of time to connect with fellow attendees and speakers over lunch and between sessions. Attendees will leave with practical ideas, new perspectives and connections they can carry into their careers and workplaces.
