QPR SOFTWARE PLC PRESS RELEASE November 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (EET)
QPR Software has launched an AI-powered Root Cause Analysis as part of its QPR ProcessAnalyzer software. The new functionality reveals the causes of inefficiencies and dependencies between factors within business processes in minutes, utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning embedded in QPR's advanced process mining technology.
This innovation takes process analysis to the next level: organizations can now see not only what happens in their processes, but also why it happens - and how they can improve it.
"We have long offered a unique root cause analysis feature that many customers have praised. Now, with the help of AI, we are taking this capability to a completely new level. Artificial intelligence enables automatic segmentation of multiple influencing factors and identification of cause-and-effect relationships," says Matti Erkheikki, Chief Product Officer at QPR Software.
The solution leverages Snowflake's machine learning capabilities, enabling rapid and effortless identification of root causes for any process phenomenon. This significantly reduces manual work and accelerates data-driven decision-making.
"By combining process mining and artificial intelligence, we are taking our customers' operational efficiency to the next level - towards a future where processes are optimized in real time," says Heikki Veijola, CEO of QPR Software.
