Public Comment on Alternative Meal Distribution

The Ohio Department of Aging (AGE) invites public comment on the addition of Information Requirements to allow for Alternative Meal Distribution pursuant to updated Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) within the Older Americans Act.

The 30-day public comment period will conclude January 15, 2026.

The proposed language is available for viewing on this webpage in the "For More Information" box.
