Dentons advises TD Synnex on its expansion in Poland

Dentons advised TD Synnex, a leading distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem with a team of 23,000 professionals worldwide, on the acquisition of the audiovisual and gaming divisions of Exclusive Networks Poland. The transaction strengthens TD Synnex's position in the Polish market by expanding its distribution network and broadening its product portfolio. The completion of the deal is subject to merger clearance approval.

Dentons provided TD Synnex with comprehensive legal advice.
