Century Pacific Foods, Inc. Donates $20,000 to Loma Linda University School of Public Health

Century Pacific Foods, Inc., one of the largest branded food companies in the Philippines, has donated $20,000 to Loma Linda University (LLU) School of Public Health. This gift will fund research opportunities at LLU, supporting students preparing to become healthcare professionals and leaders who will make a meaningful difference locally and globally. The donation marks the beginning of what both organizations describe as a promising relationship.

As the new steward of the Loma Linda® plant-based food brand, Century Pacific Foods has a long-standing commitment to providing nutritious, high-quality food products around the world at an affordable price.

"This generous gift will promote research focused on making sustainable plant-based nutrition available to communities around the world while enriching the education of our students through meaningful research experiences," said Dr. Adam Arechiga, Dean of the School of Public Health. "By engaging directly in this work, our students will help drive innovation and develop the expertise needed to improve health and nutrition for future generations."

This gift lays the groundwork for a broader relationship between the two organizations. The collaboration will explore future opportunities with the Loma Linda University Schools of Public Health and Allied Health Professions, and other areas across the University where the shared commitment to health, wellness, and service aligns.
