TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - UPDATE #2 Route 9 South of Port Penn to Close for a Month
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the closure of a section of Route 9 (St. Augustine Road) south of Port Penn. This is a 24/7 closure starting on Thursday, November 13th and ending on Thursday, December 11th. The road will be closed between Belts Road and 6th Street so crews can install 5" of porous pavement overlay along with new updated guardrail and curbing. (The start date was November 10th.)
