"Yesterday's federal court order made it clear that Ryan Ellison is not disqualified from serving in his role and is properly carrying out the duties of the U.S. Attorney's Office," said Chairwoman Barela. "This decision affirms the validity of Mr. Ellison's designation as First Assistant U.S. Attorney and his commitment to public safety that benefits all New Mexicans.
