Street Closure - Eighth Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026, South Eighth Avenue will be closed between 23rd Street and 24th Street. The west sidewalk will be closed along the same area.
Lloyd Construction will be performing construction of a new structure. This closure is expected to be in place for approximately one year while this area is an active construction site.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
