The suspect is described as a Black male, in his early to mid-20s, medium complexion, heavyset build, and is approximately 6'0" to 6'1" tall. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect pictured above, who is an accomplice in multiple mail thefts from residential buildings throughout Chicago, IL since mid-January 2026.
