Public review is now open for the draft Development Code update

The City of Mission Viejo has released draft Development Code updates that implement the City's State-certified Housing Element and ensure compliance with California housing laws. The updates are intended to facilitate Housing Element programs adopted by the City Council and certified by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).

Residents, businesses, and stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed amendments and provide feedback.
