Second Suspect Arrested in Fatal Shooting at Russell Square Park

Denver - Friday, June 26, 2026 - The Denver Police Department announces the arrest of a juvenile male in relation to one of the fatal shootings that occurred on April 5, 2026, in Russell Square Park.
After extensive investigative work, detectives identified the juvenile as the second suspect in the shooting death of 18-year-old Pharrow Ware. During the evening of June 25, 2026, Denver Police investigators and tactical teams located and arrested the juvenile suspect, who is being held for Investigation of First Degree Murder.
Per standard protocol, the final determination of charges will be made by the Denver District Attorney's Office. Given the age of the arrestee, the arrest affidavit and booking photo are not available.
