JSCo Acquires 292-unit Affordable Housing Complex in Sacramento
Last year, JSCo acquired Providence Place, a 292-unit affordable tax credit property in Sacramento. Our lender, Beneficial State Bank (which was GREAT to work with on the acquisition!), even commissioned a short video of our good works at the property.
