Spinoso Real Estate Group Announces New Store Openings and Enhanced Theater Experience at The Mall at Partridge Creek

Syracuse, NY - August 19, 2025 - Spinoso Real Estate Group (Spinoso REG), which leases and manages The Mall at Partridge Creek in Macomb County, Michigan, announced the opening of two new tenants and the debut of a state-of-the-art Laser Ultra theatre at MJR Partridge Creek Cinema.

Visitors can now enjoy Mr. Miguel's Mexican Grill & Cantina, a locally owned restaurant serving award-winning Mexican fare, in a 5,544 square foot space on the west side of the mall next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The center also welcomed Ann Taylor Factory, offering chic, feminine fashion at affordable prices, in a 5,020 square foot space near Vera Bradley.

In addition, MJR Partridge Creek Cinema has introduced its new Laser Ultra Theatre, delivering guests an elevated moviegoing experience with 4K laser projection, vibrant color, immersive Dolby Atmos multidimensional sound, and heated luxury recliners.
