Advance Services conducts one-on-one screenings with all applicants. Once a qualified candidate is identified, workplace safety and preparation for the assignment is at the heart of what we do. Every candidate is thoroughly screened and prepared for the unique assignment they are destined for.

On Assignment

Advance Services' employees help create a safer work environment while on assignment with our customers. We reward our employees every week they have perfect attendance with zero unsafe work acts through our safety program. Our proactive retention program also reminds employees of safety expectations and goals throughout their assignment, with specific and unique touchpoints based on their assignment.

If an injury does occur, Advance Services' 24-hour nurse triage hotline, medical case management, and return to work program assist our employees and customers with treating the injury and getting them back to work.
