PPB Seeks Public's Help Locating Missing Endangered Boy

PPB is asking for the public's help in locating a missing endangered 13-year-old boy in Southeast Portland's Mill Park Neighborhood

Abraham Tucco, 13, was reported missing in the early afternoon hours of April 7, 2026, after leaving his home on a bicycle. Tucco lives in the area of the 11500 Block of Southeast Taylor Street.

Tucco is autistic and non-verbal. He is described as an African-American male, 13 years old, 6-feet tall, weighing about 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, light-colored pants and riding a silver bike.
