On July 21, 2026, PLP Canada LTD ("PLP Canada"), a subsidiary of the Preformed Line Products Company, acquired a facility and the related land (collectively, the "Property") for a purchase price of approximately CAD23.5 million ($16.7 million). At closing, PLP Canada paid the full purchase price to the Seller using cash on hand. The acquisition will be accounted for as an asset acquisition. The acquisition is intended to expand PLP Canada's manufacturing capacity and support future growth initiatives.
