Master Plan Process Underway for Old St. Anastasia Building and Surrounding Parcels

Following the successful exterior restoration of the historic Old St. Anastasia building, the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) is moving forward with the next step: developing a comprehensive Master Plan for the building and its surrounding parcels.

This master plan will determine the future uses of the property, ensuring it becomes a vibrant and sustainable community asset while honoring its historic significance. The first step in this process is to gather input directly from the community. A public survey has been launched to collect ideas and feedback on the types of uses and amenities the Old St. Anastasia property could provide.

Once survey results are collected, the FPRA will work with planners and designers to create conceptual visual designs that reflect community input. These designs will be presented at a future public workshop for additional feedback. Community members are encouraged to complete the survey by clicking the link or scanning the QR code provided.
