The participants dealt with challenging situations through actual cases from everyday work, and received tools that help them to find solutions.

The conflict management expert Mag. Claudia Vilanek and workshop instructor focused on the question, how conflicts can be discovered at an early stage to solve them right away in a constructive manner. Tried-and-tested models and practice-oriented methods helped the participants to identify misunderstandings faster, and to discover obstacles such as different role models and dynamics. The main focus was on the development of individual creative solutions for different conflict situations.

The open and friendly workshop atmosphere enabled all participants to engage in an open exchange of ideas based on trust. The workshop, therefore, did not only provide them with new findings, but also specific tools to deal with conflicts at work in a confident and solution-oriented way in the future.
