Recent developments in Iran and across the Middle East have impacted many people in our Manningham community. Council recognises that international events can have very personal and emotional effects locally.

Manningham is home to a large and valued Iranian community and our thoughts go out to all members of our community with connections and loved ones overseas at this time.

Manningham Council will continue our important work in supporting a wide range of community groups to maintain and strengthen the valued peace and sense of community connectedness in Manningham.

We partner with local agencies that provide individual and family counselling support for residents experiencing difficulties dealing with traumatic experiences in their homeland, and these can be found on our website.
