Allen grew up in Perry, Florida, where he navigated racism in a divided small town and learned early that standing out as "the smart kid on the bus" could cut both ways. A gift for words, a photographic memory and an entrepreneurial instinct he could not quite explain set him apart. Music gave him a voice, and a professor at Florida State University's Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship gave him something he had never had before: someone who truly believed in him.

Today, Phusion AI is an Anthropic and NVIDIA partner, helping local businesses put artificial intelligence to work in practical, meaningful ways - bringing serious technology to companies that would not otherwise have access to it. Allen credits his path to faith, saying God opened every door he has walked through.
