With the upcoming general election, a new governor and a new legislative session, your support of the UAA Faculty and Staff Association is more important than ever.
Founded in 1971, the UAA Faculty and Staff Association is a voluntary organization and registered political action committee (PAC) that operates independently of the university's formal structure. Our mission is to advocate for the growth, development and long-term success of UAA.
We meet regularly with legislators, candidates, members of the Board of Regents and university officials to champion UAA's priorities -- chief among them, securing a stable and adequate budget, and increasing funding for building repair, renovation,
maintenance and student scholarships.
