NORDBLOM COMPANY BREAKS GROUND ON 154-UNIT ‘VANTAGE’ APARTMENTS

DEDHAM, MA - Nordblom Company, a Burlington, Massachusetts-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the commencement of construction on Vantage, a new 154-unit residential community abutting Legacy Place in Dedham.

Following the completion of demolition and site preparation, construction is now underway on the former commercial property. Vantage will replace two obsolete commercial buildings, transforming the site into a new multifamily community featuring 131 market-rate apartments and 23 income-restricted homes.

The site sits within walking distance of the Legacy Place retail district, including Whole Foods, as well as an MBTA Commuter Rail station, giving future residents direct access to shopping, dining, and Boston.

Planned amenities include a fitness center, resident work lounge, landscaped courtyard, and sky lounge with a kitchen and outdoor terrace.

Construction is being led by Erland Construction, with architecture and civil design by Stantec. The teams' longstanding collaboration with Nordblom brings decades of shared experience delivering highquality residential and commercial developments throughout the region.

The project is expected to deliver in Spring 2028.
