ZC 25-12 Hearing Schedule and Testimony Sign-Up Instructions

The Zoning Commission (Commission) has determined that the hearing for ZC Case No. 25-12 (link to case record in IZIS) will be best addressed over a course of several evenings instead of just one. Therefore, it is giving this further notice that the original hearing scheduled for October 30, 2025, will now be broken into six (6) hearings. The text amendment groupings and corresponding hearing dates are set forth in a new notice of public hearing. Although written testimony may be submitted at any time prior to the close of the record, witnesses at each hearing must limit their testimony to the specific text amendments under consideration that evening.

Those wishing to testify must register in advance by contacting Ella Ackerman at [email protected] or 202-727-0789. Please note that registration is required separately for each hearing night. The Commission will only accept testimony on the designated evening for each set of text amendments. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled night, you may submit written testimony no later than 24 hours prior to the hearing. The following maximum time limits for oral testimony shall be adhered to and no time may be ceded: 1. Organizations & ANCs 5 minutes each 2. Individuals 3 minutes each.
