Ironwood Capital Announces Investment in Rohner Finishing Systems
AVON, CT and BOSTON, MA - NOVEMBER 5, 2025 - Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce its subordinated debt and minority equity investment in Rohner Finishing Systems, LLC ("Rohner" or the "Company"). Ironwood's investment was in support of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partner's ("HRCP") acquisition of the Company.
Founded in 1999 and based in Vancouver, WA, Rohner is a provider of highly engineered, integrated finishing systems and controlled environments serving a vast array of industries including aerospace, defense, data center, heavy industrial, marine, transit and rail, and other industrial markets.
