MIAMI, Fla., Oct. 8, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners, which merged with Synovus, has added six financial professionals to its team, expanding the firm's relationship banking and wealth planning services across South Florida.

New hires Noel Daluise, Roxana Franqui, Mildred Germain, John Julian, Pilar Montes and Jason Neroulias add depth to Pinnacle's South Florida team. Their careers reflect broad experience serving clients with complex financial needs in one of Florida's most competitive banking markets. They join the firm's 33 team members hired earlier this year in South Florida as Pinnacle expands its presence and strengthens the local service across the region.

Daluise, government, education and utility specialty advisor in Fort Lauderdale, brings specialized experience working with government, institutional and nonprofit clients. She most recently served as senior vice president of government and not-for-profit banking at SouthState Bank and previously held roles at City National Bank and JPMorgan Chase. Daluise earned an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor's degree from Florida International University.

Franqui, office leader in Wellington, has more than 25 years of experience in banking. She most recently served as branch manager at Wells Fargo in West Palm Beach and previously worked at Capital One and Bank of America. Franqui earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and is currently working on her MBA.

Germain, office leader in Davie, has 27 years of experience in retail banking, small business banking, mortgage and wealth management. She was previously with Truist, where she most recently served as vice president, branch leader. Germain also held various leadership and banking roles at Bank of America and SunTrust Bank.

Julian, area manager for client services in Fort Lauderdale, has more than 27 years of banking experience in retail and business banking and financial operations. He most recently served as manager of branch sales for First Citizens Bank in Miami and previously held regional leadership roles with Truist (formerly BB&T) in Florida and Texas. Julian earned an MBA and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Campbell University.

Montes, office leader, has 40 years of financial services experience and is based in the firm's Pinecrest office. She most recently served with FirstBank Florida in various roles from sales and marketing vice president manager to branch vice president manager of the Kendall and Pinecrest branches. She previously worked at SunTrust, Great Western and AmeriFirst banks, experiencing several mergers during her career. Montes is a long-time member of BNI's Pinecrest chapter, Greater Kendall Business Association and the Pinecrest Business Association.

Neroulias joins the Fort Lauderdale office as a senior wealth strategist in the firm's Family Office. He has 20 years of experience in wealth planning, trust and estate law, tax planning and family office advisory work. He previously served as a wealth strategist at Truist Wealth in Fort Lauderdale and practiced law at firms in the New York City area. Neroulias earned a law degree from New York Law School and a bachelor's degree in economics from Quinnipiac University.




Pinnacle's merger with Synovus closed in January 2026, bringing together two relationship-focused financial firms with a shared commitment to serving clients and communities across the Southeast. Synovus and its predecessor organization have operated in South Florida for more than 15 years, and the transition to the Pinnacle brand in Florida will continue through the first quarter of 2027 as the integration is completed.
