Red Mountain Group Sells NNN Texas Roadhouse in Indio, CA for $3M

Santa Ana, CA - Red Mountain Group Inc., an Orange County, CA based leader in the retail redevelopment industry, is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 8,859 SF STNL Texas Roadhouse located in Indio, CA for $3 million to LHF PROPERTIES, LLC and H AND G JOINT VENTURE.

This Restaurant Pad, part of Indio Towne Center, a dynamic 560,000-square-foot-powercenter, was acquired by Red Mountain Group in 2018. Anchored by WinCo Foods, other notable tenants include Home Depot, Marshalls, Ulta, Burlington, and CVS. The property is on the southeast corner of Jackson Street and 42nd Avenue with excellent exposure to the I-10 Freeway. Indio is the fastest growing city in the Coachella valley.
