Customer Service Centers Closed Friday, Aug. 21 Due to Grand Prix

The DC Housing Authority's (DCHA) Customer Service Centers will be closed to visitors on Friday, Aug. 21 due to street closures and parking restrictions for the Freedom 250 Grand Prix.
DCHA staff will continue to work remotely and will be available via email and/or phone during our normal business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The Customer Service Centers will resume normal operations on Monday, Aug. 24.
For all non-urgent matters, DCHA strongly encourages voucher applicants, participants and landlords to:
- Schedule an appointment for any date on or after Monday, Aug. 24 by visiting https://www.dchousing.org/Appointments
- Contact the DCHA Call Center at 202-535-1000
