The annual program recognizes professionals shaping the future of commercial real estate through technology leadership, innovation and measurable impact. Nguyen earned this distinction for advancing enterprise modernization across ACC's national platform, with technology initiatives designed to strengthen operational performance and support a more seamless experience for residents and on-site teams.
Under Nguyen's leadership, ACC has accelerated platform modernization and increased adoption of cloud-based solutions to improve resiliency, scalability and speed. He has also advanced the phased rollout of ACC's Property Leasing & Management System (PLMS), a modern platform designed to better connect leasing, maintenance and resident engagement.
Nguyen additionally led the national integration of Bilt Rewards, expanding ACC's ability to offer a rent-based loyalty program that supports resident engagement and reinforces a customer-focused experience.
