ACC’s Hoang Nguyen Named a 2026 Influencer in CRE Technology by GlobeSt.
AUSTIN, Texas - March 10, 2026 - American Campus Communities (ACC), the nation's largest owner, developer and manager of high-quality student housing, today announced that Hoang Nguyen, chief information officer, has been named a 2026 Influencer in CRE Technology by GlobeSt.
The annual program recognizes professionals shaping the future of commercial real estate through technology leadership, innovation and measurable impact. Nguyen earned this distinction for advancing enterprise modernization across ACC's national platform, with technology initiatives designed to strengthen operational performance and support a more seamless experience for residents and on-site teams.
Under Nguyen's leadership, ACC has accelerated platform modernization and increased adoption of cloud-based solutions to improve resiliency, scalability and speed. He has also advanced the phased rollout of ACC's Property Leasing & Management System (PLMS), a modern platform designed to better connect leasing, maintenance and resident engagement.
Nguyen additionally led the national integration of Bilt Rewards, expanding ACC's ability to offer a rent-based loyalty program that supports resident engagement and reinforces a customer-focused experience.
