City Hall Language Access Hours Extended Through December
The City of Lowell has announced the continuation of its City Hall Language Access Hours initiative through the end of 2025.
Translators will be available at City Hall on select Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM to assist residents with permits, certificates, applications, and a wide range of other City services. Additional languages may be requested as needed.
Language Access Hours will be held on the following dates:
