Sentinel Capital Partners Sells Revenew

NEW YORK, August 31, 2026 - Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising midmarket companies, today announced the sale of Revenew International, a professional services firm specializing in cost recovery and performance improvement, to Bernhard Capital Partners, a private markets investment firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Revenew helps organizations uncover value through contract compliance, supplier payment reviews, performance improvement, and sales and use tax recovery. Once Revenew identifies savings, it assists clients in settling and recovering overbilled amounts and uncollected credits from vendors. Revenew combines its technology-enabled delivery model and proprietary data with deep industry expertise to serve blue-chip clients in the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and other asset-intensive sectors. Since its founding, Revenew has helped clients generate more than $2 billion in hard-dollar savings and cost recoveries.
