Kirkland Advises Christ Clinic in Joint Venture with Innovative Wellness
Kirkland & Ellis advised Christ Clinic, a 501(c)(3) charity medical clinic that serves over 5,000 patients annually in the greater Houston community, in a joint venture to provide functional medicine in greater Houston in partnership with Innovative Wellness. Funds received by Christ Clinic from the joint venture will be used to fund the clinic's nonprofit charity medical care for uninsured and underinsured patients.
