Production Migration of CARS Services and APH Calculator
BACKGROUND:
The Actual Production History Calculator (APH Calc) and data integration services that support the Compliance Activity and Results System (CARS) will be migrated to Amazon Web Service (AWS), a cloud computing platform, on Sunday January 18, 2026.
ACTION:
The migration will begin at 1:00 pm CST and end at 9:00pm CST. The priority is to ensure a smooth transition to AWS with minimal disruption. However, there is a possibility that technical issues that arise during migration could impact system functionality, and the affected applications may experience temporary downtime.
