Dentons represents Evolution Equity Partners as lead investor in Cyera’s $600 million Series G financing

Dentons has advised Evolution Equity Partners as lead investor in a $600 million Series G financing for Cyera. The financing brings the AI and data security company's valuation to $12 billion.
The round included participation from a number of other global investors, including Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue, Cyberstarts, Spark Capital and Temasek, among others, and comes amid increased investment activity in cybersecurity and data governance technologies tied to AI adoption.
The Dentons team was led by partner Ilan Katz, supported by senior managing associate Shaun Altshuller, who advised Evolution Equity Partners on all aspects of the transaction.
