City Seeks Proposals for Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant

The City of Greensboro's Housing and Neighborhood Development Department is the recipient of a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes grant and other federal entitlement funds. The City is accepting proposals from certified firms to provide asbestos, radon, and combination lead inspections and risk assessments, and clearance testing for approximately 65 to 85, pre-1978 homes per year for all City housing rehabilitation programs.

Proposals are due by 5 pm on Thursday, February 26. Project design services may be requested for multi-family projects (as needed).
