Senate Committee on Urban Affairs to Hold Second Meeting on HOAs

ATLANTA (October 28, 2025) - On Wednesday, October 29,at 11:00 a.m., the Senate Committee on Urban Affairs, chaired by Sen. Donzella James (D-Atlanta), will hold a second meeting to evaluate current homeowners' associations (HOAs) regulations.

ABOUT THE MEETING:

Chairwoman James and committee members will discuss Senate Bills 107 and 108. These bills were both authored by Sen. James during the 2025 Legislative Session and examine homeowner protections in HOAs and property owner association requirements.
